2026 Rates:

June 21 - July 18: 1600€ /week; 3000€ for 2 weeks

July 18 - Aug 29: 1750€ /week; 3200€ for 2 weeks

Aug 29 - Sept 12: 1500€ /week; 2900€ for 2 weeks

Minimum stays
We ask that you book for a minimum of one week from a Saturday to a Saturday. 

Cleaning fee
Clean bed linen and towels are provided plus cleaning is arranged for a small fee. 

Payment
An initial payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 2 months before your arrival. We will email you instructions nearer to your arrival date.

If you are booking within 2 months of your arrival, we request payment in full at the time of your booking. 

Security deposit
We request a refundable security deposit of 500€. It will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure unless damage has been identified to the property that needs to be deducted. 

Cancellation
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that will cover you in case you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.  

Returning guests
We offer returning guests a 10% discount off the base fee and waive the security deposit.
